Program Description

Questar III provides a variety of services to blind/visually impaired students including one-to-one instruction and support in public school settings. The teacher serves as a consultant to classroom staff and provides and modifies resource materials geared to the individual student.

• Cost Methodology: Cost is determined by number of hours purchased based on staff salaries and benefits plus operating lines and a share of the infrastructure cost.
