A licensed Speech and Language Pathologist will provide speech supervision to non-licensed speech therapists working in school districts. The licensed Speech and Language Pathologist will review treatment plans and provide input to the therapist. They will also review and co-sign Medicaid reporting forms. The district therapist will be considered as working under the direction of the Speech and Language Pathologist. Administrative supervision will remain the responsibility of the school district.
