Questar III will provide an experienced professional to serve as local business manager. Services may include strategic and financial planning, budgeting, supervision of business office staff, filing of State Aid claims and grant management.

• Cost Methodology: Cost varies based upon FTE equivalence. Cannot exceed .6 FTE.
