Program Description

As outlined in student Individual Education Plans (IEPs), Questar III's Psychological Counseling is provided individually or in a group format. This service may include crisis intervention, consultation, case management and coordination and facilitation of home-school communication. The service runs September - June and an extended year service option is available.

• How To Add This Service: Enroll in the service when submitting the Final Service Request (FSR) or join the service later by submitting a FSR amendment. All documentation as required by the Intake Committee must be submitted t
• Cost Methodology: Staff salaries and benefits plus operating lines and a share of the infrastructure cost divided by estimated pupil enrollment. This service is based on 25 hrs per week of student contact time.
