Questar III’s School Improvement coordinates the facilitation of the Home Instruction Review Service. Questar III staff communicate with parents/guardians regarding section 100.10 of Commissioner’s regulations relating to the home instruction of students of compulsory school age who wish to provide home instruction. Questar Staff also reviews Individualized Home Instruction Plans (IHIP), quarterly reports, assessment information, and maintains student records for all home schooled students.
