Questar III's Health Insurance Consultant service provides districts with health insurance consulting by a private consulting firm with expertise in risk management and health insurance contract negotiations. In addition it helps with the management and coordination of the Rensselaer-Columbia-Greene Health Insurance Trust.

• Cost Methodology: All districts in the Rensselaer-Columbia-Greene Health Insurance Trust share in the cost of the program. The fee is determined by dividing the total budget by the number of participants.
