Questar III’s Health, Safety and Risk Management Services now offers Identification Card (ID) production service. These ID badges can be designed to meet your district needs for logos and information. With the implementation of security initiatives, district assigned staff identification cards can help. District issued IDs can help ensure quick identification of district employees, substitutes and visitors. They can also provide for accountability during daily and emergency operations. As districts move toward integrated building access systems, ID badges can also be incorporated into building access cards for use with proximity readers.
Cost Methodology
Photo Identification Cards Set up cost – $315
Picture Taking Questar Health and Safety staff member in district for picture taking – $425/day
**Districts can provide digital photos in JPEG (.jpg) format to Questar III for ID production.
Card Production Data Input/Labor Fees – $60.00/hr plus Cost of Materials Districts are asked to sign up using the on-line FSR system. Districts will be contacted for information regarding the set up of their ID cards. Final cost estimates will be provided after the district approves their template card.
