Questar III’s Blackboard service facilitates online communication between the school district and its teachers, staff, students and parents. Blackboard builds online education communities, enhances inter-district collaboration and provides 24/7 access to online tools and resources. Virtual Class Management allows teachers to enhance their virtual classrooms. With it, teachers can: post homework, announcements and other files; administer online tests; and, accept assignments. Also, via a secure discussion board, teachers and students can communicate with each other.
