Program Description

Questar III's Automotive Services program prepares students for entry-level jobs in the automotive field. This program provides focused hands-on training as well as classroom instruction suited for diverse learning styles. Students will cover topics such as brake systems, suspension systems, beginning electrical including reading wire diagrams, and engine rebuild.

Note: This program is held at Questar III's Columbia-Greene Educational Center and Rensselaer Educational Center. All program classes are approximately 12 students per 1 instructor and 1 teaching assistant (12:1:1). Any student who requires additional support will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Columbia-Greene Educational Center
8:15 a.m.-10:45a.m. - second year students
11:15 a.m.-1:45 p.m. - first year students

Rensselaer Educational Center
8:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m.- second year students
12 p.m.-2:30 p.m.- first year students
